Just like Pidgin English is a mash-up of languages, they established a food brand to be a bold,flavorful remix of how we ALL cook, eat, and connect over the humble chicken. Our menu celebrates the vibrant flavour profiles of global street cultures—with chicken as the common language and hero.

Just like Pidgin, we don’t follow the rules, we remix them. One culture is too boring, one flavor is never enough. This chicken speaks across tongues and borders.
